Heavy Hitter 85SX Triple Clamp Fork Conversion Ultra Bee

Heavy Hitter decided to go a different route with the Surron Ultra Bee and designed a complete triple clamp system that allows you to use all of the desired OEM parts from your Ultra i.e. Bar risers, steering stops, gauge cluster, fender, and headlight. With this upgraded triple clamp, you will need KTM 85sx forks, axle, wheel, & brake system, to complete your ultimate suspension conversion.

The Heavy Hitter triple clamp is designed to allow the use of a 21-inch front wheel, due to the drop crown design you no longer need to worry about your 21" wheel coming into contact with your controller or fender. And if you are still using or prefer to use a 19-inch wheel there is enough adjustment to lower the fork tubes into the triple clamps to correct geometry. This clamp is also designed to use the OEM spec bearings and dust seals from your Ultra.

This is by far the most inclusive way to upgrade your front suspension while keeping the features that Sur-ron included from the factory. 

If you have pushed your Surron Ultra Bee hard I'm sure you have noticed the stock suspension is too soft, and valving is notably undesirable. Even with upgraded internals, the stock forks still are not on the same level as the European or Japanese forks.

Aftermarket fork swaps can be complex, with different bearings, offsets, and ride heights greatly affecting the performance of your ride. The Heavy Hitter triple clamp kit eliminates all of the guesswork and makes the swap as easy as possible.
